The latest study by Transparency International shows that the country has risen to 41st place on the list compared to various other nations around the globe.
The first study, conducted in 2001, shows that Poland was low down on the list in 91st place, however, it has gradually been improving throughout the last few years, states TVN24.
The ongoing recent financial crisis means that other European countries have dropped down the list, with Italy and Greece landing in 72nd and 94th place respectively.
Iceland, Denmark and New Zealand currently sit top of the pile with the least amount of corruption, followed closely by Sweden, Finland and Singapore.
Bottom of the list belongs to Somalia, which is then followed by North Korea, Afghanistan, Sudan and Burma.
