According to Nurgaliev, the OSCE tries to meet its commitments in the capacity of an international security organization. Unfortunately, conflict resolution was postponed several times, and it requires tangible results in conflict resolution development.

Vice-Premier Victor Osipov said the Government sent to Tiraspol few days ago a number of proposals concerning a full resumption of a passenger and good transportation by railroad. He said the negotiations on reactivating Chisinau-Odessa train operation make progress and can be crowned with a success in middle-August.

According to the Vice-Minister, he regrets that producing process in the Moldovan metallurgical factory was suspended from June, 2010. He said the incident endangered economic security of 12 thousand workers and their families because employees receive only about 80% of their salaries from a limited fund. He added the Government makes all possible to find an advantageous way to sell factory goods, which would ensure employees with profits.

Bolan Nurgaliev visited Chisinau in the framework of a regional trip; he visited earlier Moscow and Kiev. In Chisinau he held meeting with Prime Minister Vladimir Filat and with Vice-Minister Victor Osipov.
